ERA Queen City Realty, a full-service real estate company, established in 1981 by Owner/Broker Lydia Sanchez Flagg. It is a 100% Minority Woman Owned Business.

The company has 28 full time and 65 part time professional agents and is a full member of the Greater Union County Board. The company utilizes the Garden State MLS, that encompasses most of New Jersey. We are also a full member of the Middlesex County Board.

Our primary market service area is Union County, Middlesex County, Somerset County, and Essex County. Our production has grown dramatically from 288 transactions and $33,120,000 in 1993 to 372 transactions and $82,842,100 in 2004. Our level of closed production ranks ERA Queen City Realty near the top of our primary MLS, and in the Top 200 of the ERA Franchise System nationwide.

The average sale price of a home in the Central New Jersey area is $265,000. Our average sale price is much lower at $222,694, due to our heavy volume of first time buyers and corporate owned foreclosure business. We have sold properties from under $20,000 to over $1,000,000.
Our REO/Corporate Specialist, Bill Flagg, CRS, was nationally honored as the overall REO Achiever of the Year in 1997, by Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association). This award was given based on several critical categories relative to REO disposition standards, including valuation accuracy, days on market, timeliness of closings and reporting. Bill received the Premier Award for being first in the Northeast Region in actual sales price versus Broker Price Opinion in 1998 awarded by Fannie Mae. He was also awarded by the New Jersey Association of Realtors with the Gold Level of the Million Dollars Sales Club ($10,000,000+) in closed sales from 1993 to 2004, which places him in the Top 1% of all Realtors in New Jersey. He has also been ranked in the Top 10 nationally in the ERA Franchise System for closed transactions from 1994 to 2000.
